Things I should do more often!

Honey and cinnamon cleanse Every morning, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast, and again at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey in a cup of boiled water

Summer time feet- 1. Put shaving cream on your feet. 2. In a bucket/sink, combine equal parts warm water & Listerine. 3. Soak a hand towel in the Listerine solution. 4. While shaving cream is still on feet wrap the towel around your feet & let sit for 30 min. 5. After 30 min., use towel to rub calloused/dead skin off your feet. 6. Apply a healthy amount of lotion.

Minka Kelly's treadmill workout: 1 minute at 5.0, 1 minute at 5.5, 1 minute at 6.0, 1 minute at 6.5, 1 minute at 7.0, 1 minute at 7.5, 1 minute at 8.0, 2 minutes at 4.5 Repeat five times. Love this, did this last year when I was training for a 5K and I lost like 8lbs in one week, running this every two days. :) It really works! Great way to lose weight fast!
