White Bean Stuffed Cabbage Stew 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey) 1 coarsely chopped onion 6 sliced carrots 1/2 chopped cabbage 3 T brown sugar 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained 2 cans whitebeans, undrained 3 cans water 1 t paprika 1 t thyme S&P to taste 2 TBS vinegar In large pot, brown meat & onions; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    I used one can of dices tomatoes and one can of original Rotel (spicy) diced tomatoes. Or, you could add a pinch of red pepper flakes. SO EASY, SO GOOD. Let me know what you think.
