I made these tonight - Boil, smash, season, bake Red Skins. They were good. All 6 were seasoned with EVO, SeaSalt, Pepper. For a test, I took 2 & added Parm Cheese, 2 I added fresh Rosemary & the last two I added Minced Garlic. I baked at 450 for 10 minutes then Broiled for 2 minutes. My fav was the Fresh Grated Parm golden browned Mike
