There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!

Eat With Your Eyes: Avocado Chicken Salad (scd, paleo)
weight watchers corn, bacon, and potato chowder. This is an amazingly rich soup, and although it is weight watchers, it is not short on flavor. This is also a FAST soup to prepare and serve - within 30 to 45 minutes.
Avocado dressing for tacos 1 large avocado 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves 3/4 teaspoon salt
White Wine Sangria: Cut kiwi & lime into wedges. Pour 1 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc into a large pitcher. Add 2 kiwis, 1/2 cup of raspberries, & 2 limes & 1/2 cup of sugar then mix well. Cover & let it sit in fridge for at least one hour. When you’re ready to drink, add 1/2 liter of club soda (or ginger ale) & about two handfuls of ice. Mix again & serve immediately.

Soy sauce & brown sugar salmon marinade. wrap it in foil and bake at 425° for approx. 15 minutes.
