Pineapple upside down CUPCAKES! Thought of my dear friend Alexis on this one. :)

Anginetti (Italian Lemon Drop Cookies) - Like most Italian cookies, these lemon drop cookies aren't too sweet. The perfect summer-time treat or a great addition to your holiday cookie tray!

PF - Spider crackers! Ritz crackers, marshmallow fluff, pretzels, and purple icing fie eyes. Great peanut free Halloween snack for kids!

PF - Roasted chickpeas, healthy, low fat, high fiber, whole food snack for kids and adults. Great for lunch boxes, parties. Peanut free, safe for school.

PF - Applesauce-Cinnamon Mini Muffins: A New Peanut-Free Snack Recipe!

Take crescent rolls, put a scoop of apple pie filling in each, roll it up and roll it in cinnamon and sugar, and then bake according to the package.

Pretzels topped w/hug & cooked in 200 degree oven 4-5 minutes, then press m onto it. So cute for any holiday!

1-2-3 Cake. You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream whipped cream or whatever. :):):) Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now without making an entire cake.

4th of July Strawberries, could always do green instead of blue for Christmas!

Saving this recipe when lemons are in season (uses 6-8). It's called "The Only Lemon Cake You'll Ever Need." Doesn't it just look scrumptious?
