Recipe by Fay Cadwallader • 3 overly ripe bananas • ½ cup applesauce (no sugar added) • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt • 3 egg whites (½ cup) • 3 Tbls chia seeds (optional) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups oat flour • 1/3 cup Truvia • 1 Tbls baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp sea salt • coconut oil (just a little to grease pan) Instructions in the comment area.
Apple Crisp - TIUMember Devon! 2 cups diced apples, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1.5 cups oat flour, 3 scoops vanilla Perfect Fit Protein, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp applesauce, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup oats. Spray 9x9 pan. Cover apples with lemon, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract. Combine dry ingredients. Add wet mix to flour mix. Add apple mix to pan then batter. Top w/ oats, cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, serve w/ yogurt
