This was sent to me by a dietican. After some nice people pointing out there is NO way these are no calories, I researched it. There are some 0 calories foods on here. There are also so 1 calorie and 4 calorie foods. One strawberry has 4 calories. However, the fruits depending on what kind of fruit and how much you eat...have less than 50 calories...

This website is AMAZING. It is my workout bible, and best of all, its completely FREE. Tons of workout vids and plenty more to stave off ruts. Most of the routines are between 12-20 mins long and that's all you need.
