If you are running long distance, and need support (if you over or under pronate) these shoes are awesome! I am running my first half-marathon in 3 weeks and have been training in these for my longer runs. I learned the hard way that you need a running shoe with support, rather than a neutral shoe, if you are running long distance. I have no pain in the knees/feet/ankles when I run in these.
