Do you need a way to easily store your growing stash of bobbins? This tip came from Carrie Dugan, from the Texas Machine Quilting Store. Simply use a clean ice cube tray. Each cubbie holds three bobbins, meaning the typical tray can hold 48 bobbins. Just add more trays and stack them for efficient storage.

Use a shoe organizer for yarn storage. My husband will love this. No more yarn everywhere lol

This lady has the most fabulous craft/sewing room and clever storage ideas, She cuts the hanging files in halves but if you didn't you could store scraps and quilt squares in them - could store a lot of fabric in a limited space
