My latest DIY project. Thanks to Spray paint and craft paint 5 hours of hands on, I now have a New Dresser. Vintage Pressed and Folded metal dresser made by Simmons Limited of Canada, circa 1930's. I purchased it back in 1996 from The Salvation Army for $45. Just refinished it for the 3rd time since owning it and found out, after checking an online Antiques website, that 'Junk' like mine just sold for $1200! But I am NOT selling - it is so rewarding and good to know.

This is just like mine! (except mine doesn't have copper pulls) --Desirable american vintage industrial depression era "simmons" brushed metal interior hospital room lowboy dresser cabinet designed and patented albert witke et al. in 1932. the highly durable "sheet metal" furniture piece was fabricated by the simmons manufacturing company, kenosha, wi. simmons was known for their furniture and bedding, designed especially for "hospitals, hotels, tourist cabins and steamships.

The lowboy version of my new vintage Simmons metal dresser. I have some work to do to get mine shining...

This gal decoupaged a dresser with a photo of her father as a little boy for her son who is his namesake. I love this!

Cute Dresser that was repainted a Tiffany Blue and re-purposed to be a dresser/changing table for baby.
