Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. I make this every year....u can double & triple it. Family favorite

Potatoes in a Crock Pot - I just did this for Thanksgiving. It freed up my stovetop, and no dealing with boiling water. I peeled & cut them, put them in a pot of cold water on Tuesday night, drained and put them in the crockpot Thursday morning with chicken broth, and I mashed them with butter and milk just before the turkey was done. Great for all holiday meals.

But last Sunday for our Easter dinner, I changed it up a little bit. I decided on making a greens beans tossed in a maple syrup-Dijon dressing with crumbled bacon and candied pecans. Oh my word, this was the perfect side dish to serve along side gratin potatoes, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and spiral ham....
