Melt in Your Mouth Lemon Bars! 1 box angel food cake mix 2 cans lemon pie filling Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl. Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes

I'm sold!!! :) 2 ingredient lemon of angel food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling... Mix them together and bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish (Which I guess technically makes this a 3-ingredient recipe).

Practically Living: Two-Ingredient Lemon Bars

Lemon Angel Cake Bars ~ Makes 4 dozen, so it's perfect for parties & potlucks! Mix 1 pkg. angel food cake mix, 1 can lemon pie filling and 1 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut. Spread in 15x10x1” baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool . Beat 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, ½ cup butter & 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Add 2-½ cups powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle with 3 tsp. grated lemon peel. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours. Makes 4 dozen bars or triangles.

Ice Cream in a Bag This is SOOO easy… and delicious! In a small Ziplock bag, put: 1/2 C. half and half (milk works too) 1 Tbps. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Insert that bag into a larger, one gallon Ziplock filled with ice and salt. Shake the bag for five minutes. Kids love that part! Then, remove the smaller bag which should have turned into ice cream. I did this in elem school and have been looking every where for it!
