This is how my brain worked. Had a very similar plan when in rowing season and loved the simplicity. Would make all my meals Sunday (cut things up and put it containers) and eat throughout the week. healthy meals, small meal, health care, weight loss, healthy eating habits, diet plans, eating plans, healthy foods, health foods
