All I know About Spray Paints
Call it marbling; call it painting on water. Either way the outcome makes for some very interesting art. Some examples remind me of the sky in Van Gogh's Starry Night. The unnamed artist in the video below makes the process look rather easy. (The video is rather lengthy, so I'd let it buffer and fast forward through the 'slow' parts.)

put lace over a drawer/piece of wood and spray paint through it, leaving the lace design in paint on the wood.
