Mix Jello with 1 cup cold water & 1 cup hot water - pour over cake. Refrigerate for a couple hours. Spread Cool Whip over cake and top with fresh strawberries. One of my favorite summer desserts!

Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi: ingredients: 1 cup white wine 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 tablespoons minced garlic 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Paprika Parsley flakes Mix the wine, butter and garlic together and pour over the shrimp. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 6 to 7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. The shrimp is done when it has turned pink.

1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts ½ cup fresh lime juice ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped ¼ cup dijon mustard 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chili powder ½ tsp celtic sea salt ½ tsp pepper Combine lime juice, cilantro, mustard, olive oil, chili, salt and pepper in a food processor Pulse until ingredients are well combined Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in an 7x11 inch Pyrex baking dish Pour marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours Heat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center Serve
