Stick with this moist and tender variation of a favorite quick bread. It's lower in calories, fat, and cholesterol than the traditional version of banana bread. Changes I made: increased cinnamon to 1 teaspoon, added 1 teaspoon almond extract, used wheat flour instead of white flour, sprinkled brown sugar and chopped walnuts on top. YUM-mo!!! :) Goes perfect with caramel lattes!
