Taco Casserole (weight watchers)
We make these each week on Sundays. Usually they are GONE within only a few days, but they will last 6-7 days! Super simple recipe inside :)
Last pinner said...I do this daily (: Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant!

Morning Glory Muffins Recipe (Healthy Breakfast Option!)
Ingredients 1 cup quick cooking or old fashioned oats 1 cup spoon-size shredded wheat cereal 1 cup walnuts 1½ cups dried fruit (choose one or more of the following: raisins, cherries, apricots, cranberries prunes) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Grab and Go Granola Bars. Perfect for the diaper bag and rushed pre-school mornings. I make this as a double batch and freeze half - the boys really like them and they're very healthy!
