I like the first and third one. As someone who has a lot of weight to lose, I love doing intervals on the treadmill but all that I have seen so far are way out of my fitness zone (like the middle one). I really like the walk/jog option. Saving for future reference when I have to start planning my own workouts instead of having someone go do it for me.
