STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD ~ ½ lb. sliced strawberries 10 oz baby spinach 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese 2 T pine nuts, toasted Honey Mustard Dressing Makes ¾ cup ½ c light mayo 2 t honey 2 T yellow mustard 2 T. lemon juice salt and pepper In a medium bowl, combine strawberries and baby spinach. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and pine nuts. Drizzle on dressing.
Microwave Zucchini Brownies Ingredients: 1/2 c vegetable oil 1 1/2 c sugar 1 T vanilla 2 c all-purpose flour 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 t baking soda ... 1 t salt 2 c shredded and drained zucchini Mix all ingred, spread in a stack cooker section (any will work but the colander) or the VnS Large Shallow and cook in the micro approx 6 min or until the center is no longer wet.. if you need more time only add 30 sec at a time then check so you don't overcook
CHOCOLATE-PEPPERMINT CUPCAKES 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1 c granulated sugar 3 T. unsweetened cocoa 1 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1 t. peppermint extract 6 T. canola oil 1 T white vinegar 1 c cold water crushed pepermint candies Preheat oven to 350°. In a Thatsa® Bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the oil, white vinegar, and cold water. Whisk until well combined. . Bake 15-20 min. Cool on wire rack.
Snickerdoodle Cupcakes 1 c all-purpose flour ½ t. baking powder ¼ t. baking soda ¼ t. salt ¼ t. ground cinnamon 2 eggs 1 c granulated sugar ½ c canola oil ½ c buttermilk 1 t. vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350° . Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into a large bowl. Add eggs and sugar to Whip ’N Prep Chef. Replace cover and turn handle to mix well. Add oil, buttermilk, vanilla and dry ingredients to eggs and sugar mixture. Blend until well combined.
Granola Drops (Tupperware recipe) 6 T. butter ¼ c. plus 2 T.brown sugar, packed ½ c. sweetened shredded coconut ½ t. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning ½ c. toasted nuts, walnuts or pecans ½ c. dried cranberries 1 c. oatmeal 4 T. honey Place butter and brown sugar in the TupperWave® 1¾-Qt Casserole and microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute, or until melted, stir to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well coated and mixed. Microwave on high

Mini Baked Alaska (Tupperware Recipe) 6.5 oz.pkg. sponge cake dessert shells, 1 half gallon of ice cream (any flavor), 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup sugar. Place one scoop of ice cream per shell on baking sheet, store in freezer until ready to assemble. Meringue: place egg whites in the base of the Whip "N Prep™ & whip the egg whites until foamy, add the sugar a little at a time. Continue whipping until it is stiff & glossy.
Southwest Stuffed Peppers ¾ c browned ground beef 1 can (14½ oz.) diced tomatoes (with sweet onions) 1/3 c quick-cook white rice 1 T Southwest Chipotle™ 2 med bell peppers (halved, lengthwise) 1. Stir together meat, undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice and seasoning in Dish Base of SmartSteamer. Place Colander. Place peppers in Colander. Cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 to 7 min until rice is tender. 3. Let stand, covered, for 5 min. Spoon rice mixture into peppers
CINNAMON ROLLS in the Tupperware Smart Steamer ~ Fill water tray to water line (do not over fill) take a package of Grand Cinnamon rolls and place in SmartSteamer base. Cover and microwave for 12 minutes on high. Remove cover and spread icing on them. Put the cover back on and let sit for 1 minute. Remove and enjoy!
