Hopefully this will help keep fruit and veggies from going bad too early. Smart things here. I have practiced many of these most of my life. I will add Tomatoes. I do not refrigerate them ever. I have a hanging basket in the kitchen for my tomatoes and if I cut it I eat the entire tomato then and there. They act of chilling a whole or cut tomato sucks the flavor away immediately.

I like this chart. I think it’s human nature to focus on the bad things, it’s how we fix things, but it can also cause us to overanalyze, feel like we failed (when we didn’t) and feel hopeless (when we shouldn’t). This chart provides a little perspective. Don’t let the bad drown out the good - for weight loss or anything else.
