Baked Sweet Potato "Fries" - For 2 medium to large sweet potatoes, make a mixture of 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. chipotle powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, and 3/4 tsp. paprika (or adjust amounts to your liking). Add cut sweet potatoes, and toss to coat. Cook at 425 for 15 minutes on pan sprayed lightly with oil. Turn "fries" over with a spatula, spray with a light mist of oil, and then cook for another 10-15 minutes, until done. Delicious on their own, or you could dip them in ranch dressing.
crockpot pork tenderloin - 1 pork tenderloin, 1 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3 T olive oil, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 T mustard powder, 2 T garlic powder, 1/3 c water. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. In crockpot, pour olive oil all over the base & put in tenderloin. Pour ingredient mix over the tenderloin. Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.

You can use reduced fat cream cheese and not even notice the switch. If you really want the ranch flavor to shine, make this a couple days beforehand and let it set in the fridge,,
