Crockpot Corn Chowder 4 potatoes (peeled and diced) 1 Can of cream corn 1 Can of whole kernel corn 2 Cups of chicken broth 8 Ounces of diced ham 1 Cups of diced onions 1/4 Cups of butter 2 Cups of half and half Place potatoes, both cans of corn, chicken broth, ham, and onions into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Mash the mixture to your desired consistency and then add the butter and half and half. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, and you are set.

chicken and dumplings / biscuits- easy and fantastic easy meal, can include any veg you enjoy, we add celery, potatoes, carrots, peas instead of green beans or both- can use already chopped veg from store, frozen or chop your own- we increase the amount of biscuits/dumplings to our recipe- enjoy- some say don't bake but do all on top of stove with a lid on pan to create more of the dumplings taste
