Also, it is great for your complexion. 3. Drink 3 cups of green tea daily. It will boost your metabolism, and the anti-oxidants make your skin look great! 4. Eat ice or gum instead of a snack. 5. Fiber and protein! 6. Work your abs first thing in the morning. 7. Eat whole grains, almonds, bananas, broccoli, carrots, celery, and fruit!
