For Taco Tuesday...Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos...dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!

Mini Mac and Cheese cups with a Ritz cracker crust- These were great!! I already had my muffin pan in use, so I ended up just putting it all into my square 8 x 8 and the flavor was great! Much better than plain old mac n cheese, and not too over the top or too greasy, not too mild, or over seasoned, was just right! Will definitely be making it again!

Kielbasa Pie 1 LB Kielbasa, sliced thin 1 8 ounce pk Monteray Jack Cheese, cubed 2 packages crescent rolls 3 eggs, beaten w/ 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Spread 1 pack crescent rolls into a greased 13x9x2 pan, spread kielbasa on top of dough then spread monteray jack cheese, pour egg mixture evenly on top, spread the other pack of crescent rolls on top, bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, until dough is completely cooked, ENJOY!
