3rd graders created jellyfish using glue and added small touches of color while glue was still wet. After glue dried, areas of the jellyfish were filled in with oil pastel to resist the blue paint. Paint the water blue & sprinkle salt. To finish the picture the salt was brushed away and a wet cotton swab was used to remove some of the paint from the glued areas. The edges were torn to give the picture a ragged white edge then glued to a larger piece of blue paper.
