It has a wonderfully light & fluffy texture with a sweet & buttery flavor. Banana Pudding Cupcake prepare one yellow cake mix and substitute the 3 eggs for 2 bananas plus 2 teaspoons baking poweder and bake as directed. filling is one small box banana pudding plus 2 cups cold milk. poke holes in top of cupcake and add about 1tablespoon to hole. topping is 1cup cold milk plus one small box banana pudding with 8oz of cool whip folded in..top with cookie and crumbles.
