Ranch powder mixed with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Tastes exactly like ranch without any of that fat and large amounts of calories and Greek yogurt is so good for you. Perfect for getting people to eat vegetables without compromising the healthiness. So excited.

Tortellini skewers with pesto dipping sauce. (Tortellini gets cold sitting out. Can be hard to skewer - not as easy as it looks!)

Three ingredient homemade ice cream !! Eagle Brand, Cool Whip, and Chocolate milk.....tastes like a Wendy's Frosty! (used lite cool whip and fat free sweetened condensed milk, regular "TruMoo" chocolate milk - it really was good! My ice cream maker is small - it made 2 batches! ~Leilani)

falafel...baked instead of frying. easier and healthier too! ~Turned out a little dry because I deleted the onions in mine. I used onions in the hubby's and they seemed to turn out better. DID NOT really make very much though! ~Leilani

Oven Hot Dogs - YUM! I used turkey chili with no beans, whitewheat buns, 97% fat free hot dogs and reduced fat shredded cheese. I didn't use any of the other ingredients (they don't seem necessary with the chili/cheese) It was fairly healthy and REALLY good!~Leilani

tips and techniques for light + crispy kale chips and a delicious way to season them! Cooked them for 15 minutes on 350 - crunchy! Pretty good! ~Leilani

Baked Monte Cristo Sandwiches - made them tonight (3/27/13) and they are DELISH! The whole family enjoyed them! Get thin sliced ham and thin sliced swiss to reduce WW points. Serve with raspberry preserves and sprinkle with powerded sugar - no syrup. ~Leilani

Chicken Bacon Ranch - DO NOT MAKE AGAIN. First, it says it is a crockpot recipe, which it is NOT. Second - there are a million little steps and it took my an hour to prepare this "easy" meal. Despite saying it is light, it really isn't...it is just lighter than some other varieties. Not worth the trouble! ~Leilani
