Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake 1 (16 oz) box Penne pasta noodles 2 (10oz) containers Alfredo sauce 1 c sour cream 1 (15 oz) Ricotta cheese, garlic 2 c diced chicken 1/4 c Parmesan cheese 2 tsp dried Parsley 1 tsp Italian seasoning 2 c Mozzarella Boil Pasta according to pkg. Drain & return to pot. Add rest of ingredients, except for the mozzarella. Combine & pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly

Parmesan Cheese S & P to taste Remove excess liquid from zucchini by placing between paper towels and squeezing. Combine all the ingredients in bowl. Heat large pan sprayed with Pam. Shape spoonfulls of batter into patties, drop onto the hot pan. Cook about a minute or two on each side until golden brown. Finish in oven on pan on broil for 1-2 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.
