Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes- these are really good! You only need 2-3 to fill you up. I didn't want to bother with the food processor just for less than a cup, it makes it more of a oatmeal flap jack. It makes 8, 1/4th cup pancakes. They are thick, add a little more buttermilk for thinner ones. It makes the house smell amazing!
Caramel Cinnamon French Toast Bake...Made 9/3/12 for some wonderful friends! This was really good. It's made out of cinnamon rolls but tastes so much like french toast. It makes a big pan, so I'd probably make it again for a crowd. Try this. You'll like it!!
