BROCCOLI-CHEDDAR QUICHE - BROWN RICE CRUST: Mix 2 c cooked brown rice; 1/4 c finely grated cheddar & 1 egg. Press into pie plate. Bake at 450 5-7 min til golden. Mix 5 eggs; 1 c milk; 2 c bite sized broccoli; 1 c sharp cheddar grated; 4 green onions sliced; salt & pepper. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 until golden and set in center, about 30 -35 min. Add more seasoning next time.
