Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely
SNICKER SALAD (tastes like a yummy carmel apple with nuts and chocolate) Ingredients: Cool whip Snickers (frozen or cold - easier to chop) green apples (tart, with a little sweet and lots of juicy) Chop apples into bite size pieces. Chop Snickers bars into bite size pieces. Combine in bowl. Stir in cool whip (ADD butterscotch pudding mix for an extra layer of yummyness). ENJOY!!
