Wash hair w baking soda and vinegar. My hair has grown a ridiculous amount and is now the longest it's ever been. It also takes 4 days for it to even get SLIGHTLY greasy, where as before it would start getting greasy in less than 18 hours. I will NEVER go back to regular shampoo.

QUICK way to get your teeth white. Nite White. You can get it on Amazon for around $12. You will need a retainer (I use my retainers I got when I got my braces taken off). If you don't have one, use a sports guard or you can buy one online. Crest white strips have about 2% of the stuff that actually whitens your teeth..this stuff has up to 22%. They come in syringes, usually a pack of 4. you're welcome :) ps. don't leave mroe than 30 mins ..it will causes blisters on roof of mouth or sensitivity
Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

Silky Summer Legs 1 1/4 C Sugar 1/2 C Oil 3 tablespoons Citrus Razors Mix everything together in a bowl. Soak your legs in the tub for 5 minutes. Shave your legs. Rub some of this mixture all over your legs. Rinse it all off, shave again. I would use one razor per leg if you have two. Rub your legs again! Second coat of wax. Rinse off! You can use a mild soap to help get some of the oil off. Lotion your legs up, and feel the silkiness!
Super Silky Summer Legs Next time you are feeling down, about to binge, going on a date, or just need to pamper yourself, do this. I just did it and I can not stop rubbing my legs together. It feels like I paid for that over expensive pedicure at the salon.
