I just did the exercises in the first chapter of this book. My back already feels better. The book is detailed and explains clearly why we have back pain. Then it explains how to fix the problems doing simple exercises. I look forward to seeing how it works in the long run.

    Since a large number of people have repinned this page, I'd like to give an update. I did the exercises in the book for about a month and I haven't had back pain since. My favorite change? I have learned how to walk correctly, and I now can keep up with my husband when we are out together. I definitely recommend the book==the author sells dvds, etc on her website as well.
