    I put spinach or kale in, apples, bananas, pears,strawberries,blueberries,mango,pineapple all chopped up and froze.then when i blend i throw sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and cocoa nibs, organic yogurt, and almond milk or soy milk. If you want a bolder taste walmart has v8 cans with fruits and veggies that says one serving. Gives it a really good taste
