Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp - Red Lobster Copycat.
Melt one stick butter on a lined baking sheet. Slice one lemon & layer on top of butter. Place shrimp on top. Bake @ 350 for 15 mins. That's it! I broiled them on high for 5 minutes bc we like our crunchier. I love pinterest! Great with grits 8)
