10 minutes, definitely a work out , I felt so stupid doing this but I can see how this will really tone the places we ladies want toned.
Beginners Cross Fit work out. Do this 2x's a day/5x's a week: 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 15 squats. Do 10 times; takes about 12-15 minutes if you don't stop

This website (from bodyrock.tv), explains how to become a bodyrocker - A person who does intense short workouts at home for free (which is a new fitness movement). I love this fitness idea because the workouts are short (which means you don't have an excuse not to do them), but they burn as much calories as if you were to go to the gym and kind-of workout for 1.5 hrs.
