South Beach Diet Recipes (phase 1)

I feel like this "diet" is not really a diet. You are just cutting out the crap that you eat daily. Phase 1 is the most difficult for me because I always want to fill our plates with those "bad carbs" instead of good ones like veggies. So here are lots of recipes so you don't get bored on Phase 1!

Califlower crust...carb free1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon garlic salt ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes olive oil toppings of your choice, all toppings need to be precooked

Guilt Free Snack: Ranch seasoning in greek yogurt and with some carrots and broccoli. Brilliant!
