South Beach Diet Recipes (phase 1)
I feel like this "diet" is not really a diet. You are just cutting out the crap that you eat daily. Phase 1 is the most difficult for me because I always want to fill our plates with those "bad carbs" instead of good ones like veggies. So here are lots of recipes so you don't get bored on Phase 1!
