Pork Chops: 2 -4 pork chops, 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick,1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/8 cup honey, 1/8 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/8 tsp garlic salt Brown chops on both sides. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one hour.

Hands down, the best, most moist, well flavored pulled pork recipe. And it makes enough for an army. PS-lather spices on it, wrapped in saran wrap and put in fridge overnight
FRENCH ONION PORK CHOPS. 4 boneless chops, 2 pkts FrenchOnion Soup mix, 1/2 C breadcrumbs & 2 eggs. Heat oven to 400. In one dish beat egg. In another dish mix crumbs & soup mix. Coat both sides of chops with egg then crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 min. Flip & bake another 10 min. So good and so easy - would not change ANYTHING!!

I used mild Italian sausage instead of the spicy. I couldn't find the noodles asked for in the recipe so I used fettuccine instead. Definitely will make this again.
