CAJUN CRACK: I make this all of the time for parties. It's addicting!! 2 cans of corn, 1 can of hot rotel , 1/2 bag of shredded cheddar, 3/4 cup of Chives, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, 1/2-2/3 cup of mayo Then mix it all together and add a ton of garlic powder and Tony's cajun seasoning refrigerate for 4 hours. It's best to let it refrigerate overnight. The dip tastes the best with fritos!

Buffalo Wing Bites~we made these recently...SO DELICIOUS!! I will nix making the homemade dressing next time though. (do sprinkle the ranch mix and parm chs on top of the dough, however, gives the bites a little extra zip) I use Kens low fat ranch dressing for dipping, much tastier and saves you on the calories anf fat! Great recipe :)
