key lime pie balls. Fantastic!! I used two rolls of refrigerated sugar cookie dough. Spread on a cookie sheet and baked. Crumbled and mixed with 2 blocks of cream cheese, the juice of one lemon and one lime. I will add another lime next time for more tang. Used a melon baller to make balls, then dipped in white chocolate. Great recipe!
Lemon Pops ~ Take lemon bound cake and break it up in a bowl. Add just enough lemon frosting to the bowl to bind. Mix together and make balls. Then dip these babies in a lemon and powdersugar icing mixture. I have never made this but came up with this recipe now. I want to try this! What do you think?
