If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey in a cup of boiled water.

I myself thought it was pretty good too. The only thing my husband didn't like was the raisins in the meat, other than that he thought it was great. I will definitely be making this a household meal at the Mintz residence!*
8 Can Taco Soup. You literally put 8 cans of stuff together in a pot and there you have your meal. It tastes SO good and it's less than 300 calories per cup!
