Breakfast Coffee Protein Shake: 2 handfuls of ice, 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup of brewed coffee, and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk - enjoy!!!
3.5.12 Did this last night. It was fabulous but I was disappointed in my scores. (A bit flat since 2 weeks ago.) I feel so much stronger but no weight loss. :( I will keep pushing. I'm changing my habits and feeling more energetic and generally healthier. I just wish I could loose some stinking weight!!!!
