Use straws (big ones work best) to serve your children yogurt. Just peel back the top just enough to insert the straw, or better yet - punch a hole IN the lid WITH the straw, wiggle it to enlarge the hole just enough to allow a little air, and let them suck. So little mess, and far cheaper than a Go-gurt!! It’s a great healthy snack that works well in the car.

Santa Claus Crackers: a non-sweet Christmas treat. Kids can be little helpers: use kitchen shears to cut a pepperoni hat; attach to cracker with a dab of ricotta. Spread on a ricotta beard. Add celery slices for mustache and capers for eyes and nose. Cover bottom of hat with more ricotta for fluffy trim. (put ricotta or whipped cream cheese in freezer bag. Snip corner, pipe cheese)
