Snack Attack

Rammer Jammer Dip - 6 oz. cream cheese 12 oz. black beans 12 oz. Rotel 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Directions:Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Press cream cheese firmly into the bottom of an oven safe dish. Mix the Rotel and black beans together with even parts and drain all juices. Spread evenly over the layer of cream cheese. Cover the Rotel and beans with shredded cheddar cheese. bake dish for 30 minutes or when all cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

Back to school snacks - Chewy Granola Energy Bars. So easy and so tasty. Better than store bought granola bars!

One Pinner said "I made these! Okay, these are going to be hard to beat. The kids say they love them more than the Trader Joe's granola bars I buy. They are simple and fast to make. LOVE these and so will you. Recipe only makes about 10 bars so you're going to need to at least triple the recipe. By the way, great for summer since you don't have to bake these!"

Healthy chicken and black bean nachos!

oats, greek yogurt -58 calories per muffin... FIFTY EIGHT! But has sugar subsitute

5 ingredient peanut butter granola bars. Why eat store bought when you can make your own and know exactly what's in them!

You'll swear it's like eating raw oatmeal cookie dough...but it's super healthy and packed with protein! {GF}

1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/3 cup honey 1 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated.  Let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.  Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
