Orzo with Parmesan and Basil. This is so easy to prepare and is a super creamy and flavorful side dish. A great alternative to box pasta side dishes. With the parmesan, basil and creaminess of the orzo combined this is going to be an asked for favorite, even by kids! Add small cooked broccoli/carrotts/peas and cubed chicken and this is easily a "fill you up" meal with lots of flavor.
