Easy and healthy dessert! Bust open a clementine and divide up the segments. Microwave dark chocolate morsels in a glass bowl on 50% power for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is liquid and smooth. Dip segments in chocolate, set on wax paper and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Add a pinch of sea salt while chocolate is wet, for a salty twist. Voila! Healthy sweet snack, quick as that!

Drain, rinse if you want (though the mixture is so diluted you can't taste the vinegar,) and pop in the fridge. The vinegar kills any mold spores and other bacteria on the surface. Raspberries will last a week or more, and strawberries go almost two weeks without getting moldy and soft....IT'S LIKE MAGIC!!!
