Just Weight Watcher's Desserts
Originally I had a board that was Just well, Desserts, but I decided to separate out the Weight Watcher's ones as I didn't want to torture people looking at my board. lol
Cauliflower coconut chocolate balls - I'm not sure how many these make. It's 1/2 of a caulflower. I put it at 16 balls, which came out at 1pp, and used non-low-fat peanut butter in the ww recipe tool. I'll try to make these and figure out exactly how much it is.
chocolate cauliflower cake - I put it on the max amt of ingrediants in the ww online tool and as she only lists one pan, divided it like brownies into 16 - came out to 4pp that way per brownie/cake, but if you use the lower fat ingredients/sugar substitutes will be less

The Hungry Runner Figured this one out: For 16 brownies: 2 pp per square- 2 inch squares with low fat creamy peanut butter and splenda (1 cup put in, but with splenda you have to be careful. Also - could use one of those half mixtures) 4 pp per square- 2 inch squares with low fat creamy peanut butter and sugar
