Super Silky Summer Legs Next time you are feeling down, about to binge, going on a date, or just need to pamper yourself, do this. I just did it and I can not stop rubbing my legs together. Ingredients 1 1/4 C Sugar (Yup, plain, good-ol’ white sugar) 1/2 C Oil (I used olive oil, but you can use any oil, coconut oil, baby oil, canola oil) 3 tablespoons Citrus (Lime or lemon) 1-2 Razors Mix everything together

Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains a handful of Epsom salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and a half cup of baking soda. This combo draws out toxins, lowers stress-related hormones, and balances your pH levels. other good ideas TOO!

I haven't actually tried it but I bet it does, there's Bumble + Bumble Beach Hair Spray which is salty, and Lush has a Big Hair shampoo that's quite salty as well. If your hair is prone to curls I imagine salt pumping up the volume probably pumps that up! My hair is prone to curls pretty much just at my temples, it's quite attractive really.
