Head straight to the tropics with this Caribbean Colada at the RedFrog Rum Bar aboard the #CarnivalSunshine. Ingredients: 1 oz Dark Rum 1 oz Vanilla-Flavored Rum 2 oz Frozen Banana Daiquiri Mix 0.5 oz Frozen Piña Colada Mix 1 oz Pineapple Juice 1 cup Ice Pour all ingredients in a blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple, cherry, and (of course) an umbrella.

Homemade tortillas are not only very easy and inexpensive to make (about $.25 for 10) they taste so much better than the store bought ones. This site has other mixes as well. Lots of other mixes on the cheap.

The next time you have green onions, don't throw away the white ends. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window. Your onions will begin to grow almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely. We just use kitchen scissors to cut what we need for meals. I periodically empty out the water, rinse the roots off and give them fresh water.
