DIY pendant lamps made from cut-glass decanters. NORMALLY I would be very against permanently altering an antique object beyond repair. However, I see so many of these decanters with rotted-out cork glued to the inside the neck of the bottle, to the point where I don't think they are foodsafe- so this is actually a reasonable project, as long as intact, all-glass (no cork) decanters aren't used.
